This 2-day programme is specially designed to provide an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the law on due inquiry, the purpose of holding an inquiry, the procedures to be followed, the guidelines issued and the punishment to be meted out including examining Court Awards.

- Upon completion of the 10 modules there will be a written exam

The program would be conducted in English Language and therefore proficiency in that language is essential.

RM 3775 + 6 % GST
Award of Certification
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be conferred the Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management and the Certified Human Resource Officer.
The course provides participants with an in-depth knowledge of the salient features of the Malaysian Laws and the application of the relevant laws to work situations.
